Golfclub Memmingen

Just a few kilometers from Memmingen and conveniently accessible via the A7 and A96 motorways, Golfclub Memmingen Gut Westerhart is located. The expansive course blends harmoniously into the Allgäu landscape and offers mostly flat terrain that creates pleasant conditions for a relaxed 18-hole round.

However, the course should not be underestimated in terms of playability. Long fairways, numerous bunkers, and various water hazards provide variety and repeatedly demand precise shots and strategic thinking. Due to the absence of significant elevation changes, the course is comparatively comfortable to play on foot.

The training facilities are extensive as well. The spacious driving range features 50 grass tees and eight covered tee-off spots. Two putting greens and two pitching greens offer additional opportunities to work specifically on the short game. Especially interesting for beginners is the 9-hole academy course, which can be played without a handicap or club membership.

After the round, a modern clubhouse with a restaurant, spacious locker rooms and sanitary facilities, as well as a pro shop, are available. Gut Westerhart thus provides a complete infrastructure for a hassle-free golf day.

Our impression: Gut Westerhart combines a pleasantly walkable course with genuinely sporty challenges. The contrast between flat terrain and long fairways, water hazards, and numerous bunkers makes the round interesting. Together with the freely accessible academy course and extensive practice possibilities, the facility is suitable for both experienced golfers and beginners alike.
